Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Adaptive Business Consulting LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality B2B operational audits, data analytics, and market expansion strategies. We understand that corporate schedules and strategic goals may change, which is why we have established a clear and fair cancellation policy for all our B2B clients.

1. Consulting Services & Audits

If your organization has booked a private operational audit, market expansion consulting session, or data analysis review with our team, the following cancellation terms apply:

• 14+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session date are eligible for a 100% full refund of the deposit or paid invoice.
• 7 to 13 Days Notice: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the engagement are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may choose to reschedule the session to a later date within the same fiscal quarter at no additional cost.
• Less than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the consulting session are strictly non-refundable, as our analysts have already committed significant time and resources to evaluating your submitted corporate data and preparing customized frameworks.

2. Strategic Frameworks & Digital Assets

Due to the proprietary nature of our intellectual property, all sales of digital corporate frameworks, operational spreadsheets, budgeting templates, and analytical data models are final and non-refundable once the secure download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered to your corporate email.

If you experience technical issues accessing or deploying the files within your internal systems, our administrative support team will provide guidance or issue replacement files immediately.

3. Cancellations by Adaptive Business Consulting LLC

In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled consulting session or operational audit due to unforeseen circumstances, internal emergencies, or analyst unavailability, your organization will be offered the choice of:

• A full 100% refund of any advisory fees paid to date.
• Rescheduling the session to a priority date of your choosing, subject to our next available openings.

4. Requesting a Refund or Reschedule
