3. Response Procedure

Upon receiving a formal, valid DMCA notice, Adaptive Business Consulting LLC will take the following actions:

• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing;
• Promptly forward the written notification to the party responsible for publishing or providing the material;
• Inform the affected party of their right to file a formal counter-notice under applicable statutory provisions.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
